The last mile is won with information
Every failed visit costs fuel, route time and a second trip, and hurts the recipient’s experience. Most failures are avoided if customers know in advance when their parcel arrives and have a simple way to reschedule. SMS reaches any phone, even without data, and is read within minutes.

Rescheduling by reply
With two-way SMS, recipients choose a new date or pickup point by replying with a number, and the answer reaches your routing system to reassign the delivery without involving customer service.
Notices are triggered from your shipment or routing system through the SMS API; for very high, constant volumes there is the SMPP connection. See SMS for logistics and last-mile delivery. To try it, we offer a 30-day pilot.
